How It Works
This is a print-on-demand service. You are getting unique designs only found here and designed by a husband and wife team that enjoy creating original ideas for you to enjoy. We don't mass produce product.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and will take 4 to 10 days from the day of your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Our products are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns, exchanges, refunds are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Always read the full description of any item you wish to purchase prior to purchasing. Any adverse reactions to dyes, chemicals used in the manufacturing of, or general use is solely the buyer's responsibility. All drinkware should be hand washed prior to and after use, as well as never reheated in a microwave.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, T&R, at its discretion, may offer a free replacement or a refund (except any shipping and handling charges) if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Get in Touch” button below and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
